Users are prohibited from:

• • Hosting or deploying exploit kits or command-and-control systems

• • Conducting denial-of-service (DoS or DDoS) attacks

• • Engaging in activities that compromise system stability or availability

Users must not:

• • Excessively consume system resources in a manner that degrades performance for others

• • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing mechanisms

• • Deploy workloads designed to evade monitoring or throttling

3.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

Users must not:

4. AI and Compute-Specific Restrictions

Users must ensure that AI, machine learning, and compute workloads:

• • Do not intentionally generate harmful, deceptive, or unlawful outputs

• • Do not attempt to reverse-engineer proprietary systems

• • Do not misuse AI capabilities for surveillance or exploitation without legal authority

AltroPlus reserves the right to restrict workloads that pose unacceptable risk.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

AltroPlus may monitor service usage to ensure compliance with this Policy, applicable law, and contractual obligations.

Monitoring is conducted solely for security, compliance, operational integrity, and service improvement purposes.

6. Suspension and Termination

6.1

AltroPlus may suspend or terminate access to services immediately if:

• • Services are used in a manner that threatens infrastructure integrity

• • Legal or regulatory obligations require action

Where feasible, AltroPlus may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy violations; however, immediate action may be taken in urgent cases.

8. No Monitoring of Content Ownership

AltroPlus does not proactively review customer data for legality, ownership, or licensing. Responsibility for content compliance rests entirely with the User.

9. Changes to This Policy

AltroPlus reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
